(Charge free) Poster Session for Student
- If you would like to attend a student poster session, please click on the banner below.
- We will use Cisco Webex Meetings for this meeting. For how to use Webex, please refer to the following page.
- The capacity of each room is 150. If the number of participants exceeds the capacity, you cannot participate in the meeting, so please be sure to enter the room early.
For Presenters
- Presenters can join the poster session site by clicking the URL sent by the secretariat, or by going to the site from [Programs] > [Timetable] on the left menu of this page and clicking the [Webex] button on the poster.
- Display the poster on the presenter's own PC, tablet, etc. and make a presentation using the screen sharing function of Webex.. For details on the presentation method, please see the presenter's manual below.
- If you do not participate within 10 minutes from the scheduled presentation time, the presentation will be canceled.
- The presenter is responsible for managing the meeting room. If you encounter any problems such as connection problems that may interfere with your presentation, please contact the secretariat of ISIJ Meeting.
- Online meeting presentations are considered to be public transmissions under copyright law. Please note that the materials quoted in the presentation and the contents such as video and audio are limited to those that do not have copyright problems. See the content guidelines for online presentations below for more information.
For Audiences
- Audiences access the meeting for the session they wish to attend from "Timetable" on the menu of this page. Also, Questions and answers are done using Webex. Please see the audience's manual below for how to participate.
