NOTICE:

Announcing Fully Online Meeting of JAMS 2021 Annual Meeting

We have been preparing for JAMS 2021 Annual Meeting in a hybrid meeting with both on-site and online meeting, but,unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 infection spread, we have decided to hold as a fully online Meeting.

We hope you will understand this decision.

We look forward to your online participation.

[1] Cancelation ~~On-site Oral Presentations~~

1) The time allotted for each presentation is for 15 minutes (included discussion).　
2) Speakers can use only LCD projector.
3) All meeting rooms will be equipped with a PC for Windows and a LCD projector for presentations.
4) In order to ensure the smooth running of each session, speakers should test their files before presentation.
5) Speakers may bring their own PCs and prepare within their presentation time (15 minutes).
6) Especially Maci users, should ensure that their their PCs are compatible with this operating system.

[2] Online Oral presentation

1) Using Zoom.
2) The condition is the same way as on-site.

[3] Cancelation ~~On-site Poster Presentations~~

1) Not only on-site but online, all posters are to be posted using online "e-poster" by Confit system, not Zoom.
2) If you wish, you can use poster board on-site.
The maximum useable board size is the width 80cm x the length 150cm.
3) Authors should be present at their poster boards during the core time.

[4] Online Poster Presentations

1) The max file (jpeg，jpg，png) size of poster is 10 MB.
2) File ( jpeg，jpg，png) of Poster should be submitted to the designated site (Confit) before the JAMS Meeting.

Please upload the poster file (jpeg，jpg，png)to the Confit website by the specified method.
Details will be contacted to all poster presenters in early September.

The deadline for submitting for poster file (jpeg，jpg，png) is September 15 (Wednesday).
