Recent high-pressure studies showed that the new iron oxide group is stable at mantle conditions. However, while these possibly occur in the mantle, the phases' stability and physical properties are still unclear. Here, we have measured the electrical conductivity of the Fe4O5, Fe5O6, and Fe7O9 up to 60 GPa using the diamond-anvil cells. We found kinks in the relationships between conductivity against pressure at around 40 GPa, where the previous study suggested the high spin to low spin-crossover. Based on the results, we will discuss the electrical conductivity in the mantle.
