[S2-11] Synthesis of fluid inclusion under moderate hydrothermal conditions and determination of protein

There are phases called fluid inclusions in the rock, which absorb the liquid or gas around the rock. It is necessary to identify archaea or proteins in rock inclusions. This research attempts to produce fluid inclusions containing albumin under low-temperature hydrothermal conditions. The results show that the method of forming fluid inclusions by low-temperature hydrothermal heating is feasible. In addition, in this study, we plan to extract bovine serum albumin from the prepared fluid inclusions and plan to conduct quantitative measurements.
