Fudo Tetra Corporation succeeded in developing the Sand Compaction Pile method (traded as the Compozer method) in a world-wide first, and since then has used its expertise to develop many ground improvement technologies.

We have pioneered the field of ground improvement technology, our ground improvement business moving on from the Sand Compaction Pile method to the development of highly innovative new methods growing out of our experience, such as the SAVE Compozer (a non-vibratory sand compaction pile method), and the CI-CMC method (a large-diameter high quality deep mixing method).

 We have developed an automatic construction system for large-scale soil improvement machines in the field of Ground Improvement that we specialize in.

In the conventional manual operation, the operator have to operate the buttons and levers in his/her seat. However, with the GeoPilot-AutoPile, construction will be completed with four touches. Normally, it takes three to five years to train an operator, they will be able to do almost the same work in one or two years by using this new system, which will also lead to an improvement in productivity.

Currently, we apply it to our method, the CI-CMC method, which is one of the deep mixing methods, to deliver it in the market."
