半導体用層間絶縁膜と配線層の剥離靱性値を用いた剥離評価を目的とし，ピール試験による感光性ポリイミドと銅の剥離靱性値の算出結果および有限要素法による配線構造解析と合わせた剥離判定結果について講演する．
