サンドイッチ培養法は、ハイドロゲルを用いて細胞を上下から挟み込む培養法である。このとき挟み込む力の制御が求められるため、本研究では磁力に着目し、酸化鉄ナノ粒子を含有させたハイドロゲルの作製を行った。
