CuとCu-Mn合金に対し強ひずみ加工を行い、合金元素の持つ積層欠陥エネルギーを変化させる効果と転位への固着の効果を分離し、超微細結晶粒形成機構と機械的性質に及ぼす影響を明らかにする。
