[P48] Influence of gaseous impurities on the preparation of Fe-70Ti ingot using Ti turning scraps

In order to remove gaseous impurities, titanium turning scraps were pretreated. Pretreated Ti scraps were melted with Fe via vacuum arc melting to make Fe-70Ti ingot.
