従来の永久磁石同期モータに対して、運転状態に応じて磁石磁力を変化させることでより広い運転範囲で高効率化するのが可変磁束モータである。本講演では高磁力かつ磁力可変制御性に優れたNd-Fe-B系磁石を報告する。
