[S5.30] Synthesis of TbCu₇-type Sm-Fe fine powder by low-temperature reduction-diffusion

溶融塩を用いることでCa融点よりも大幅に低い温度で還元拡散反応を行うことができることを新たに見出した。600℃で還元拡散反応を行った結果、TbCu7型Sm-Fe合金微粉末が生成することがわかった。
