ZrNiは古くから知られている水素吸蔵合金であるが、水素の吸蔵放出には高温を要するため用途が限定され実用に至っていない。本研究では、ZrNi合金をベースにZr-Ti-Nb-Ni合金を新規に開発し、Ni-MH電池に適用した。
