[8] Variation of copper concentration at near-surface of Ti-Cu alloy during oxidation

Ti-Cu合金に対して熱酸化皮膜形成処理を行った。その後、試料表面から深さ方向の組成分析をX線光電子分光法にて行った。その結果、Cu濃度がほぼゼロになる領域が確認された。
