メカニカルアロイング法を用いてFeCoNiCrB_20-xSi_x合金粉末を作製し，形成されたミクロ組織とその熱的安定性について，単ロール法で作製したFeCoNiCrB_20-xSi_x合金薄帯に対して得られた結果と比較検討した．
