固体電解質の候補としてアンチペロブスカイト型化合物のNa₃OBrに着目した。従来と比べ簡便な合成方法でNa₃OBrを合成し、Na⁺イオン伝導特性を調べた。さらにカチオン空孔を導入し、イオン伝導に及ぼす影響を調べた。
