[P245] Insight into scattering mechanisms and transport properties of AgCuS for flexible thermoelectric devices

Theoretically, AgCuS has similar ductility to metal. Polar optical phonon is the main scattering affecting transport properties of AgCuS. A large ZT value of 0.4-0.6 is predicted at room temperature.
