[S1.5] Plastic deformation of single crystals of ternary equiatomic alloys with the FCC structure

三元系FCC型等原子量合金について，バルク単結晶試料を用いて様々な温度で圧縮試験を行った．その結果，強い温度依存性を示し，0KのCRSS値を求めた．平均自乗変位(MSAD)と0KのCRSS値の関係については当日発表する．
