Si-Ge系熱電材料は無毒な元素で構成されており、高温において無次元性能指数が高い特徴を有する。本研究ではAlおよびVを導入したp型熱電材料Si-Ge-Al-Vを作製した。講演では測定した熱電物性について報告する。
