[316] Effect of particle size distribution on segregation and packing density in powder spreading process of powder bed fusion-type additive manufacturing

本研究では初めて粒子画像流速測定法で粉末広がりの実験的調査を行った。また、粒度分布の調節を通じて微細粒子の偏析挙動を調査し、その場観察及びDEMシミュレーションで最適粉末床のための粒度分布を提案した。
