複数のサイズをもつSi3N4/Si3N4,Si3N4/Nb/Ti-6Al-4V接合材の曲げ試験から,試験片サイズが破壊挙動と強度に及ぼす影響を調査した.曲げ試験と応力解析からSi3N4/Nb/Ti-6Al-4V接合材おける破面の違いが説明された.
