Zr-Nb-Sn超弾性合金の大きな変態ひずみヒステリシスの原因を明らかにするため、本研究ではZr–9Nb–4Sn (at.%) 合金を用い、透過型電子顕微鏡による微細組織観察および電子線回折による結晶構造の調査を行った。
