4H-SiC結晶における溶液法と昇華法を組み合わせたハイブリッド成長技術での転位変換メカニズムの理解深化のため、種々のオフ角基板を用いた成長を実施し、TSD変換と基底面欠陥の伝播挙動を調べた。
