[S4.29] Electric field effect on the diffusion behavior of strontium titanate single crystal

フラッシュ現象時における表面拡散挙動を検討した。フラッシュ処理、及び熱処理後の表面構造を比較したところ、表面構造の形成に対する電界効果が確認された。この表面観察結果、及び拡散挙動変化について報告する。
