[S7.12] Permeability measurement of a single atomized particle by transformer coupled permeameter

トランス結合型透磁率測定装置を用いて、圧粉磁心用アトマイズ単一粒子を測ったところ、低周波で感度が不足することが判明した。本発表では低周波感度向上のための改良及び改良後の測定結果について報告する。
