Geは常温常圧下ではダイヤモンド構造だが、高圧ひずみ加工を行うことで準安定相であるst12構造の形成が報告されている。
本研究では付与圧力10 GPaにてHPT加工を行った場合の準安定相形成、比抵抗変化を調査した。
