[53] TEM Observations of Fatigued TiAl-Nb Intermetallic Compounds

Nb添加TiAlの軸疲労試験を室温と650℃でおこなった。破断した試料の破面をSEM観察した結果、明瞭なセレーションが観察された。破断面の内部組織は変形双晶と転位密度の偏りが観察された。
