[65] Effect of Copper Coating on Properties of Carbon Short Fiber Dispersed Aluminum Composites Prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering Process

炭素短繊維／純アルミニウム複合材料を放電焼結法で作製し，その機械的性質および熱伝導性を評価した．その際，炭素繊維に無電解法により銅コーティングを行い，銅が特性に与える影響を組織観察から明らかにした．
