[S1.57] Electrical Resistivity and Chemical Short Range Order of CrCoNi and CrCoNiFeMn Alloys

The change in resistivity by annealing was measured for CCN and Cantor alloy to monitor the evolution of CSRO. The same measurement was performed for MnCoNi in which no CSRO formation was reported.
