[S9.8] Magnetic properties and microstructures of rare earth doped FePt films prepared by combinatorial method

希土類添加FePt膜をコンビナトリアル法で成膜し、磁化や異方性、およびキュリー温度が増加する組成を網羅的に探索した。希土類Xを0.35at%という極微量添加させたときに磁化が向上することが分かった。
