[S4.11] Statistical Analysis of Microstructural Features Using Scanning Electron Microscope Images of MoSiBTiC Alloy

MoSiBTiC合金のSEM画像を100枚取得し、機械学習を用いて構成相ごとの画像セグメンテーションを実施した。各相の二値化画像から体積分率を計算し、統計的に有為な体積分率値が得られるときの最小画像枚数を調査した。
