L1₀-FeNiは、レアアースを用いずにNd系磁石を凌駕する永久磁石を実現できる可能性がある。本研究では、窒化脱窒素法により[Fe/Ni]₄₀薄膜を作製し、Ag下地層の導入による構造及び磁気特性に対する影響を調査した。
