[P119] Effect of short range ordered structure and precipitates on thermoelastic martensitic transformation behavior of Ti-Ni-Zr alloys

溶体化処理材は室温でB2構造を呈しており、TEMの電子回折パターンから散漫散乱が観察された。600℃-10h,100hの時効を行うと変態点が上昇し、モザイク状のマルテンサイト相と析出物が確認された。
