3枚重ね抵抗スポット溶接では、鋼板間接合界面における遅れ破壊が問題視されている。本研究では、遅れ破壊発生の抑制方法の検討を目的とし、ナゲット部およびその周辺部の応力変化を有限要素法解析にて調査した。
