[165] Phase analysis of Al and Cu phase with the simulated EBSD pattern

シミュレーションEBSDパターンとのマッチング法により、従来難しかった同じFCC構造のAlとCuの相分離を行った。Spherical Indexing法による指数付けにより相分離が可能なことが明らかとなった。
