Nb3Sn超伝導線材は国際熱核融合炉(ITER)において,核融合プラズマを高性能に閉じ込めるコイルに使用されている。Nb3Sn超伝導線材の超伝導特性向上を目指し,熱処理条件と微細組織および形成過程との相関を検討した。
