Ni基超合金に着目し、水蒸気環境下における酸化物層の保護性に及ぼす微量酸素と微量水素の影響を評価し、高温水蒸気環境で生成するアルミナ皮膜の保護性は、平衡解離酸素分圧に支配される可能性があると考察した。
