本研究では低ヤング率・高強度なβ型Ti合金の開発を目指し、種々の条件で熱処理を施した(Ti–18Zr–3Nb–3Sn–2Mo)-1.2(N, O)合金の機械的特性および再結晶集合組織について調査した結果を報告する。
