[S6.48] Nano-omega phase in an L-PBF processed Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Hf-Mo high entropy alloy

Numbers of fine nanostructured omega phases appear in both as-cast and L-PBF processed Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Hf-Mo HEA. The average diameter of omega phase in both processed samples are only about 0.6~0.7 nm.
