Keywords:Tsunami Disaster, Disaster Respose Plan, Disaster Management Staff, Tsunami Prediction Information

Disaster management staff in local government do not have enough knowledge and experience about Tsunami disaster response because it is low frequency disaster. On the other hands, the researchers develop the damage estimation system during Tsunami disaster using the observation data. However, Disaster management staff in local government does not make an efficiently decision for disaster mitigation using such the system because of the above reason. Therefore, we develop the disaster response plan using the observation and the estimation information via the workshop and the Disaster Imagination Game.
