Volcanic disaster occurred in one country may cause different environmental or health effect in other country. In order to mitigate direct or secondary effect caused by eruption, it is important to discuss international collaborative mechanism to share information and take necessary measures. In this session, we discuss about how to establish a research framework for trans-boudary volcanic disaster.
