A warning of great tsunami earthquake in a long zone along the Japan trench was publicized in 2002 by Earthquake Reseach Committee, a unique govermental organization for national earthquake information. Tokyo Electoric Company (TEPCO) made no tsunami measures till 11 March 2011, which caused severe accidents. This report describes responses of TEPCO, Central Disaster Management Council, etc.
