This session has expanded the scope of "Social Media and Earth and Planetary Sciences" which has been held over the past nine years and in which many innovative research results appeared, was renamed last year in consideration of the recent development of SNS. In this revised version unlimited to the use of SNS, presentations aimed at the development of earth and planetary sciences in relation to human social activities, such as the use of navigation systems and behavior support systems, are also targeted. We also welcome lectures on human geography related to the natural environment and human activities, and social use of crustal resources such as stone materials.
