Keywords:Data-driven science, Low-dimensional model, Sparse sensing

In this presentation, the low-dimensional model/sparse sensing techniques developed in the fields of fluid dynimacs will be rewiewed with presenting the recent results of the research group of the authors. The real-time/cost-efficient fluid dynimic experiments will be explained to be realized using those techniques. In addition to that, the application of the low-dimensinoal model/sparse sensing to seismic waves will be addressed.
