The problem of the influence of parameters that determine the climatic features of the area on the change in the concentration of pollutants near petrochemical processing plants is investigated in the paper. The analysis of the world problem of changing the parameters of the global climate has been carried out. An assessment of the impact of climate threats on the hygienic standards of living conditions for people near petrochemical enterprises was made. Materials for the study were obtained via monitoring the atmospheric air quality in a residential part of the city with a population of 270 thousand people and a city-forming enterprise for the agidol production. The input data are the observed concentrations of o-C8H10, m,p-C8H10, C6C6, C6H5OH, CH3OH, C6H5-CH3, C6H5-C2H5 and atmospheric air temperature. Machine learning tools were used for data analysis. An analysis of the relationship between the annual average temperature of atmosphere and the annual average concentration of atmospheric tracers was performed. It was found that an increase in the concentration of organic substances in the city corresponds to an additional increase in the air temperature of the area by a value that depends on the volume of emissions and the concentration of the substance. The effect of an air temperature on the average value of the substance concentration was analyzed. The influence of the height of the mixing layer, wind conditions and chemical processes on the concentration of pollutants in the air was established.
The work was carried out with the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education within the framework of the creation and operation of a carbon landfill on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan "Eurasian carbon landfill".
