[G01-02] A Discussion of Information Design in the Disaster Prevention Educational Portals
Keywords:information design, portal site, Disaster Prevention Education
The recent Turkey–Syria earthquake occurred on February 6 this year and approximately 35,000 people were estimated to have been killed at this time. Since the magnitude 7.8 catastrophic earthquake has been broadcast all over the world, more and more people have become increasingly concerned about disasters. It is therefore imperative, more than ever before, that disaster prevention signs and the contents of education on earthquake prevention be universally designed and disseminated worldwide.
Our research group has developed various kinds of disaster prevention signs and educational materials, which is supported by the JSPS KAKENHI Grant Number JP 20K03256. In this study, we will discuss information design as it relates to various kinds of disaster prevention portal sites, which are capable of carrying out the quick distribution of the signs and the contents that have already been effectively created.
