[EV04-01] How much have we revealed about the Earth's climate in the super-greenhouse period?

Junichiro Kuroda1 (1. Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute, The University of Tokyo)

From the Cretaceous to the Paleogene, the Earth has experienced an extremely warm climate. This is the youngest Super Greenhouse Era on Earth. During this time period, characteristic events such as Oceanic Anoxic Events (OAEs) occurred repeatedly. In this talk, I will review the latest research on the super-greenhouse world, and present my thoughts on the future prospects.
