[MZZ39-P07] A Study of Using Hierarchical Decision-making Process in Promoting The ENvironmental Education curriculum in Taipei Municipal Junior High School

The purpose of offering environmental education in each country is to protect the environment and promote the concept of sustainability. However, we are facing some difficulties in promoting environment education curriculum and need more propriate ways to improve that. The research has used Hierarchical Decision-making Process in promoting the present curriculum of environmental education and has collected 7 data from different principals who are now in charge of environmental education curriculum in Taipei municipal junior high schools. Through the items of environmental education curriculum published by government and Analytics Hierarchy Process (AHP), this research has developed 5 basic goals of topics and 16 sub-basic goals of sub-policy. According the total weight and ranking, compared with the result of interviewing all the principals, the research has provided some suggestion for government to promote the present curriculum of environmental education about the allocation of resource and project of education when making decisions.
