The panel discussion will focus on the role of the "Kitchen Earth Science Experiment" in the novel "Sora Wataru Kyoshitsu," and discuss the importance of hands-on experiments that produce diverse goals. This session will feature the novelist Shin Iyohara, Shogo Tachibana (Univ. Tokyo), Keiji Hisayoshi (Osaka Univ.), who taught at the high school evening classes that served as the model for Iyohara’s work, and his colleagues. The Moderator will be Ayako Suzuki (Toyo Univ.), the convener of this session. Q&A from the audience will also be accepted.
