Hitachi City, where our school is located, has experienced the largest population outflow in Ibaraki Prefecture in recent years. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to revitalize tourism by searching for weather conditions that allow us to see the beautiful sky of Hitachi City and transmitting information about the sky of Hitachi City based on this information through Instagram, with the cooperation of the Hitachi City Weather Consulting Center. As a result, we were able to quantify four beautiful sky colors based on RGB and HSV values, determine specific weather conditions under which a beautiful sky can be seen in Hitachi City based on those values, and partially automate the transmission of information via Instagram using
Python. In the future, we would like to make the weather conditions more accurate and automate all transmission on Instagram.
