[PPS09-06] 月面周回軌道からのテラヘルツ波リモートセンシング
キーワード:TSUKIMI、小型衛星、THz リモートセンシング
Cuurently Human activity on the Moon become more activelly discussed. We are developing of new era lunar satellite, TSUKIMI (lunar Terahertz SUrveyor for KIlometer-scale MappIng). The purpose of TSUKIMI is to obtain THz permittivity characteristics of Luner subsurface from circular orbit of Moon. We plan to observe a brightness temperature from luner subsurface in the frequency region 240 and 250GHz, and both polarization H/V with several insident angle between 40-60 degree. Uniqueness of THz passive observation is 1) Subsurface observation, 2) Global wide range observation, and 3) Enables downsizing and weight reduction of sensor compared with microwave/active sensor. In this presentation, I will introduce the purpose and background, and overview. Individual details of the TSUKIMI will be presented in this session including science and business, international consortium, sensor development, development of small satellite, respectively.
